Monthly Statement - The Monthly Statement email displays the past month's activities and current point balances. This email will be automatically sent on the 1st day of each month to every customer that has a valid email address in your database. Redemption Notice - A Redemption Notice is automatically generated each time points or rewards are redeemed in the dealership's service department. This report also highlights any discounts in which the account holder has enough points to redeem. Visit Notification - The Visit Notification is emailed each time the customer visits and has worked performed in the service department. This email displays how many points were awarded for the service visit and what services they now have enough points acquired, and are now eligible for. Service Reminder - Upon request, emails can be automatically generated at specified intervals to remind customers when their vehicles are due for service. |
