How It Started

Founded in 1991 in Daytona Beach, Florida, Advantage Plus was built with a singular mission: to help automotive dealerships increase customer retention and drive long-term service revenue.

Our first product, The Loyalty Advantage, was designed to reward customers at the point of sale while creating meaningful incentives for them to return to the dealership for future service. More than three decades later, that same core philosophy—bringing customers back—remains the foundation of our business.

In 2002, Advantage Plus was acquired by Mike McBrayer and relocated to Kennesaw, Georgia. With a renewed focus on operational efficiency and quality control, the company refined its flagship programs and expanded its product portfolio.
